Hello everyone. Make time for an exciting downsizing sale of an executive home. This sale has a fart east theme to it. The sale starts Saturday March 7th from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday March 8th from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Monday March 9th from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Due to the volume of items the sale may be extended to the following weekend Saturday March 14th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The sale will be conducted at 21 Banbury Rd.south of York Mills and just north of Lawrence. As usual please follow the red and yellow signs.
All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “As Is” condition. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks. Do not enter the sale with any food or drinks. You will be asked to remove your shoes, so please come prepared.Obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways and please take all your refuse and cigarette butts with you. Thank you for your consideration.
Please supply your own bags,boxes,wrapping paper and bring your own help for larger items, none will be provided for you. Thank you.
