At Apex Trials, we are conducting a Knee Osteoarthritis Pain Study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational product in adults with obesity or overweight and knee osteoarthritis pain.

Who Can Participate?
Adults aged 18
⚖️ BMI of 27kg/m² or higher
Have not lost or gained 5% or more of your body weight in the last 3 months
Have tried, at some point, to lose weight by changing what you eat, but it did not work
Have a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee and pain in the knee
Are comfortable with weekly subcutaneous injections for 64 weeks
Are available for 16 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, ON) and 6 remote phone calls over a 70-week period
Compensating up to $5,580 for participation
