Blue Heron Gutters Ltd. is looking for an experienced gutter installer that is focused on quality!

Tired of rushing jobs and cutting corners to keep up? At Blue Heron Gutters Ltd. we do things differently. We focus on clean, high-quality installs - no shortcuts, no callbacks.

We're a small, established company with 17 years of experience in the Tri-Cities and we're looking for an experienced installer who takes real pride in their work.

What You'll Do:
- Install and replace gutters, downspouts and related components (both residential and light commercial)
- Complete clean, professional, leak-free installs
- Maintain organized and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and site supervisors
- Work independently or as part of a small crew

This Role is NOT For:
- People who cut corners to go faster
- Inconsistent or unreliable workers
- Anyone without relevant installation experience

Requirements:
- 2-3 years gutter or exterior installation experience
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (must have insurance in good standing)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
