Overview
We are a micro food business, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper & Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you will wear many hats, including cashier, server, and assisting various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the preparation of delicious meals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn about food safety and kitchen practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Cashier, assist and serve customers.
- Assist chef in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the team during busy service times by providing assistance where required.
- Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a sanitary work environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Have knowledge in cooking, especially for Asian cuisine is preferable but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work effectively individual and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A genuine interest in the food industry and meal preparation processes.

2 positions, and MUST be available in all shifts:
1. Wednesday to Saturday position: 17 hours (Wednesday 10am-2pm, Thursday&Friday 11am-2pm, Saturday 10.30am-5.30pm), with possibility to have more hours.
2. Saturday only: 5 hours​ (11am-4pm)
