Job Title: Social Media, Leasing & Property Management Assistant

Location: Ottawa - Hybrid Remote
Type: Part-Time / Commission / Flexible

Agos Property Management is a growing property management company focused on delivering professional, responsive, and modern services to real estate investors and tenants. We manage residential properties and are actively building our digital presence to attract quality tenants and investors.
We are looking for a versatile, confident, and highly organized individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role combines social media content creation, residential leasing/showings, and property management administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
-Edit short-form video content for leasing and real estate marketing (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
-Schedule and publish content across (Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other platforms)
-Assist with creating engaging content that showcases properties and the rental process
-Maintain a consistent posting schedule and help grow the company’s digital presence
-Assist with basic marketing initiatives for rental listings
Leasing & Showings
-Conduct residential leasing showings with prospective tenants
-Respond to leasing inquiries and pre-screen applicants
-Follow up with prospective tenants after showings
-Assist with tenant screening coordination and application follow-ups
Property Management & Administrative Support
-Assist with general property management administrative tasks
-Make phone calls and follow up with tenants, applicants, and service providers
-Coordinate tenant onboarding tasks such as utility and insurance setup reminders
-Maintain organized records of leasing activity and tenant communication
-Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confident and professional when interacting with tenants and prospects
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
-Ability to move between office/admin work and in-person showings
Preferred Experience
-Background in real estate, leasing, property management, real estate administration, social media management, etc.
-Experience with social media content creation and video editing
-Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media scheduling tools
-Experience communicating with clients or customers
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to showings (preferred)
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
-Video editing (CapCut, Edit, Adobe, or similar tools)
-Basic digital marketing knowledge
-Customer service experience
-Comfortable speaking with people and representing a brand
