Fruit Farm Labourer on Apple Farm: 10 vacancies April, 2026 to November 30,2026. $16.50 per hour. Seasonal employment -- full time, 40 to 60 hours per week including early morning, morning, day, evening, weekends. Language: English. Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required Experience: Will train. Work site: Waterville - Rural area. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work Site Environment: Outdoors in all weather conditions, wet/damp, hot, dusty, at heights, tree and orchard fruit. Responsibilities/Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, weeding, fertilize and spray crops, hand prune trees; hand harvest apple crop, examine product for quality and its readiness for the market, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Work conditions/physical capabilities: ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, tight deadlines, physically demanding, manual dexterity, hand-eye co-ordination, ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, combination of crouching, kneeling, walking. Weight handling: up to 50lbs. Personal: Flexibility, reliability, team player, quick learner.
