Johnson Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can support both front-office operations and sales outreach.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients while also assisting with marketing, client engagement, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Support sales outreach through email and phone communication
• Maintain client records and update contact databases
• Assist with marketing communications and follow-ups
• Coordinate with management regarding new client opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sales or customer service experience is considered an asset
• Experience in healthcare, staffing, or social services is an asset but not required
