We are currently expanding our subcontractor network and are looking to establish partnerships with qualified subcontractors across several trade categories for upcoming projects.

Electricians

Window Covering Installers

Flooring Specialists

Restoration Contractors

Bathtub Reglazing Specialists

Framing Contractors

Our goal is to partner with at least 5 subcontractors in each trade category to support our growing number of projects across the GTA and surrounding areas.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid WSIB coverage

HST registration

Own tools, equipment, and transportation

Ability to work as an independent subcontractor
