Position: Customer Support Assistant
Schedule: Part-Time

DTC Modern Furniture is looking for a reliable Customer Support Assistant to help manage customer inquiries and provide general online support.

Duties include:
• Responding to customer emails
• Assisting customers with product or order questions
• Basic data entry and updating information
• Providing friendly and helpful service

Pay: $20/hour (paid bi-weekly)
Hours: Flexible, about 10–20 hours per week

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be 18
