We are looking for a skilled and reliable technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience repairing smartphones, laptops, and other electronics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair phones, laptops, and tablets
• Handle screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and other hardware issues
• Assist with software troubleshooting and device setup
• Help customers with device unlocks, password issues, and basic tech support
• Provide great customer service and help boost store sales
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Also be reliable and show up to work.

Requirements:
• Experience with phone and laptop repairs
• Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
