Casket Outlet Flower Department in Mississauga is hiring a Floral Assistant with good customer service skills.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and long-term team member who can assist with floral arrangements, customer service, and daily shop operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with floral arrangements and basic floral design
• Provide excellent customer service
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Process orders using wire services
• Handle sales transactions and basic computer work
• Maintain shop cleanliness and assist with lifting and organizing inventory
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales and customer service
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with floral wire services and phone orders preferred
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the floral industry preferred
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Able to do some heavy lifting and cleaning
• Must be flexible with scheduling
Schedule:
• Full-time position
• Saturday and Sunday work required
Location Requirement:
Mississauga, ON L4W 2S1 – Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Start Date: ASAP
