Private residence in Fort Garry seeking a reliable individual for light housekeeping once per week. This position is for a private individual (not a cleaning company) who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working in an occupied home.

• Location: Fort Garry, Winnipeg
• Schedule: Once per week
• Hours: Approximately 2 hours per visit
• Pay: $35 per hour (cash)
• Household: Private residence with two adult women
• Home size: Approximately 2000 sq. ft.
• Cleaning supplies and equipment provided
Typical Duties Include
General light housekeeping tasks such as:
• Dusting furniture, shelves, and surfaces
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Mopping hard floors
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances)
• Wiping cabinet fronts as needed
• Cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, mirror, counters, shower/tub)
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Light tidying and general upkeep of common areas
• Occasional additional small tasks typical of routine housekeeping
Ideal Candidate
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience with residential cleaning preferred
• Respectful of privacy and comfortable working in a private home
• Able to work independently and efficiently
