Tender Submission Details:
Tenders must be submitted in writing, either sealed and delivered to the RM Office or submitted by email. Email submissions must clearly state in the subject line: "Tender – One Way Plow".
Each tender must include the bidder's full name, mailing address, phone number, and offered purchase price.
Deadline: April 3, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
Terms and Conditions:
• Item is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
• Payment in full must be received by the RM within 15 days of tender approval.
• The successful bidder is responsible for all removal and transportation costs, with removal to be completed within 30 days of tender approval.
• All tenders received by the deadline will be opened at the next regular meeting of Council or a special meeting called for that purpose.
• Council reserves the right to accept the tender it considers most advantageous and to reject any or all tenders submitted.
