Luna is a beautiful 2½-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer–Vizsla mix looking for the right new home. She has been well cared for and is up to date on all of her vaccinations. Luna is not yet spayed. Due to a change in circumstances, my grandpa has made the difficult decision to rehome her and is hoping to find someone who can give her the active lifestyle she truly deserves.

Luna is an incredibly sweet dog with a very good temperament. She loves people and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her a joy to be around. At the same time, she is very high energy, which is typical for her breed mix. Luna thrives when she has lots of physical activity, stimulation, and time outdoors. She would do best with someone who enjoys being active and can give her the exercise, training, and engagement she needs to stay happy and balanced.

She has previously done well with other dogs when introduced properly, and can coexist with them given the right introductions and environment. Because of her energy level, Luna would be happiest in a home that understands working or sporting breeds and can provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention.

The most important thing is finding her a loving family that can meet her needs and give her the life she deserves.
