Landscape Maintenance Crew – Mississauga West
We are hiring a reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to help care for residential properties in Mississauga West. Experience with lawn and garden maintenance equipment is preferred, but we will provide additional training for the right candidate.
About the role
• Position: Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
• Location: Mississauga West, ON
• Job Type: Full-time, seasonal with potential for extension
Key responsibilities
• Perform weekly lawn cutting using walk‑behind mowers
• Trim edges, trees, and shrubs using line trimmers and hedge trimmers
• Blow sidewalks, driveways, patios, and parking areas clean after service
• Assist with garden maintenance: weeding, cultivating beds, edging, mulching, and light planting
• Use select hand tools (rakes, shovels, pruners, hand trowels, wheelbarrows) safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; load/unload equipment and materials
• Follow schedules, work orders, and directions from the crew lead or supervisor
Qualifications
• Previous landscape or lawn maintenance experience preferred (residential or commercial)
• Comfortable operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic hand tools
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, walking for extended periods)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the Mississauga West area is an asset
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
Schedule and pay
• Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours (some Saturdays during peak season)
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
