Full time Painter/Maintenance person wanted

We are looking for a reliable individual with some painting experience preferred.
Some maintenance work – including but not limited to –
Lawn care, help with snow removal, etc.

Must be willing to work in tenants’ apartments, sometimes occupied.
Must be reliable, able to work well with others, and prioritize work.

40 hours per week - Health benefits after probationary period.
On call every 3rd week – will be compensated.
