Positions Available:
• 4 Full-Time
• 4 Part-Time
Job Responsibilities May Include:
• Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
• Herbicide and pesticide applications
• Snow removal
• General landscape maintenance
• Equipment operation and basic upkeep
• Operating company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials
• Providing quality service to residential clients
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and duties as required to support smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• Valid full driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pre-employment drug test required prior to hiring
• Minimum 2 years of previous lawn maintenance or similar experience
• Three professional references with current contact information, who can verify your work history and reliability
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good customer service skills and the ability to professionally interact with clients
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Pesticide Applicator License is considered a bonus
