Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction. Your primary responsibilities will include operating heavy machinery to ensure safe and efficient project completion.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery used in construction projects.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, with a strong preference for those with civil experience.
Proven experience in civil construction projects.
Valid driver’s license and any relevant heavy equipment operation certifications.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with GPS or laser guidance systems.
· Class 3 drivers license is a plus.
