However, our offerings are not limited exclusively to residential spaces – we also undertake a variety of projects such as post-construction cleaning, real estate move-in and move-out services, and commercial cleanings, ensuring a diverse portfolio of work for our subcontractors.

As an experienced subcontractor on the lookout for new opportunities, you will find a wealth of assignments waiting for you, ranging from light residential cleans to more extensive commercial projects. We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to tailor your hours to fit your commitments.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, who are committed to exceeding customer expectations. You will be tasked with cleaning a variety of residential locations, including homes, townhouses, apartments, Executive Suites, and Airbnb properties within the Saskatoon area. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are essential, as you will need your own transportation to reach job sites.

With openings available immediately, we offer an accommodating schedule. All our cleaners have the flexibility to set their own part-time or full-time cleaning contracts, allowing for a perfect work-life balance. We take great pride in enabling individuals to earn competitive wages while fitting work around their busy schedules.

**What We Are Looking For:**

- Experience in residential house cleaning or post-construction cleaning with a minimum of 6 months is a significant asset.

- Dependability and reliability, with a personal vehicle necessary for transportation to job sites.

- Valid driver's license required.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

- Ability to pass a background check; a criminal clearance will be mandatory before commencing work.

**Compensation:**

Contracts offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, in addition to keeping any tips received from clients. Variable depending on contract.
