Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable welders with proven experience in MIG and TIG welding across a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of welding experience (MIG/TIG required)

Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)

Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings

Experience with grinders, cutting tools, and measuring equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

CWB certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in fabrication or custom metal work

Forklift or shop equipment experience (an asset)
