Responsibilities:

Operating asphalt paver or spreader efficiently and safely

Ensuring proper grade, depth, and finish

Coordinating with crew and truck drivers

Maintaining equipment and keeping work area clean

Requirements:

Experience operating asphalt paver/spreader

Strong understanding of paving process

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation

Team player with strong work ethic
