Pave It Paving is hiring motivated Sales Associates for door-to-door sales of asphalt paving and driveway sealing services.

We service residential and commercial clients across Bolton, Vaughan, King City, Newmarket and surrounding areas.

Opportunities available for both junior and senior sales roles, with strong earning potential and room to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods

Generate new leads and close deals on-site

Meet clients and provide quotes

Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline

Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills

Sales experience is an asset (not required for junior roles)

Comfortable with door-to-door sales and canvassing

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation:
