Full-Time Painter Needed
Fleming Property Management is currently seeking an experienced and reliable full-time painter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming)
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Requirements:
• Previous painting experience preferred (5-10 years experience)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have own vehicle to travel between sites as FPM has many buildings in the downtown area
