If your pet requires extra time because his in bad condition a fee of $10 to $20 extra will be applied. We do not groom dogs over 70lbs. If your dog or cat demonstrate aggressive behaviour, for safety reasons we reserve the right to no longer continue the grooming and a fee of 50% of the grooming will be applied.
