Requirements: - Dependable and self-motivated
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to operate various landscaping equipment and tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the property;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
-Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, electric clippers, as well as hand tools : rakes, pruning saws, hedge or brush trimmers
· Property clean-up using back-pack blowers
- Mulching, weeding, edging around flower beds, walks or walls.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weather and seasonal conditions including heat and humidity
- Schedule ; Monday - Friday
