Resident Manager Caretaker

• Couple required for 42 apartment units in 2 buildings located in the beltline and bank view areas.
• 30 suite and 12 suite apartment buildings
• Car required
• Perfect if one person is at home full time.
• Starting as soon as May 1, 2026
• Experience preferred, enthusiasm required
• Duties include rent collection, showing vacant suites, cleaning common areas, snow removal and minor repairs
• This is a live-in position
• Salary $2,100/month
• 2 Bedroom apartment for rent reduced by $500.
o $1500 - $500 = $1000/month
• We pay extra $20/hr for cleaning, and $30/hr for handyman work.
