Job Summary
we are hiring reliable experienced and dedicated full-time Class 5 and Class 3 Truck Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of fresh and frozen produces, building supplies, dry goods to various locations in Calgary and Edmonton the surrounding areas, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and familiarity with warehouse operations. The Truck Driver will play a vital role in the efficient movement of products and materials across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations
Load and unload cargo ensuring proper securing of loads
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and professional interactions
Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation duties
Experience

Class 5Q License with 2 years of operating 5 ton trucks
Class 3 License with 2 years of operating
Clean driving abstract Commercial for 3 years

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle type
Warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with moving equipment such as power jack
Experience in heavy lifting and manual handling of cargo
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers
Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and warehouse operations
Prior experience using forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
