1. Room with shared washroom with one female (females preferred) - $600 utilities
2. Room with private washroom - $750 utilities (male or female)


Both rooms have big windows (equipped with blinds for blocking light) on the first floor along with full washroom.

Bed frame can be arranged if needed (extra).

Mount Pleasant go station - 5 mins drive
Bus stand - 1 min walk
Market - 1 min walk
Park for playing - 1 min walk

Weekly rentals available at $250/week, all inclusive.

Short term also available.
