Job Opportunity: Line Cook & Tandoor Cook

The Roles
1. Tandoor Cook
You will be the master of the clay oven, responsible for our signature smoky flavors.
• Prepare and skewer meats, seafood (Tandoori Salmon), and vegetables for the Tandoor.
• Bake fresh Naan and Rotis to order.
• Maintain the traditional clay oven at optimal temperatures.
2. Line Cook
• Ensure consistent plating and presentation according to brand standards.
• Manage high-volume service with speed and precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year in a professional kitchen is preferred.

• The Right Vibe: We value a "can-do" attitude over a long resume. If you are eager to learn, we are open to training you in the art of modern Indian cooking.

• Punctuality: You are reliable and ready to work.

• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, "playful yet professional" environment.
