We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for the right candidate.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and helping expand our presence in the residential and commercial construction market.

Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads
Meet with clients to understand project needs
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
Experience in sales (construction industry is an asset)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
