Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Loader Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will load and unload bins, plastic bags filled with yard waste material to the truck. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth project progress while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects with a focus on precision, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Manually lifting and emptying garbage, blue boxes, green bins, or bulk items into the collection truck's hopper.
Picking up any spilled refuse that occurs during collection. Must be capable of walking, bending, and lifting items (up to 23 kg/50 lbs) repeatedly for an entire shift.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold.
High level of attendance and the ability to work, often starting early in the morning.
Assisting drivers with navigation, especially when reversing.
Must perform other general labour duties at the plant.
