The Village of Paddockwood Lake is offering select Village owned lots for sale at a price of $1,000.00 per lot, plus applicable taxes and transfer fees.

This program supports community growth by encouraging new development and reducing long term municipal maintenance costs.

• Lots are sold as is.
• Purchasers are responsible for confirming zoning, servicing requirements, and development standards.
• Full payment is required prior to transfer of title.
• Taxes and land title transfer fees apply.
