Renz Construction is currently seeking experienced Framers to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in their craftsmanship.
Opening position for a Foreman is also available. We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual to lead our crew, oversee daily operations, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards on all projects.

Responsibilities
• Construct wood framing for walls, floors, and roofs
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Work safely with hand and power tools
• Follow site safety procedures and company standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
• Experience in residential or commercial framing (preferred)
• Ability to read basic plans and layouts
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
