We're a small, owner-operated team. That means you won't be a number — you'll work directly with the owner, be trusted with real responsibility, and your work will actually matter.

The Role

You'll be in the field applying weed control treatments and fertilizer programs to residential lawns across Edmonton and St. Albert. You'll drive a company van, manage a daily route, and represent Turf Therapy on every property you visit.
Tasks vary throughout the week depending on weather and scheduling — you may run a full week of treatments or shift to spring cleanup and shop work as needed. The season starts with spring cleanups, transitions into weed control and fertilizer treatments, and includes lawn transformation projects throughout.

What You'll Do

Apply herbicide and fertilizer treatments to residential lawns
Assist with spring cleanups and lawn transformation projects
Maintain equipment and support shop operations on slower days
Complete daily routes efficiently and professionally
Keep accurate service records and represent the Turf Therapy standard on every property.
What We're Looking For

Alberta Pesticide Applicator License — or committed to obtaining it before the May start date (we'll support you through the process)
Clean driving abstract — you'll be driving a company van daily
Clear background check required
Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done
Someone who understands that the quality of their work directly reflects on a business people trust
What We Offer

$18/hr on shop days and non-revenue work
$24–$25/hr on active treatment and service days
Bonus structure that rewards performance, referrals, and end-of-season commitment — strong performers can push well above $25/hr effective rate
Company van provided — no wear on your personal vehicle
Work directly with the owner — small team, real responsibility
Growth path within an expanding local business
Season: Full-time, May through September
Hours: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
