Position Overview
We are hiring a Crew Truck Operator to run one of our 1.5‑ton picker crew trucks and support field operations. This role requires strong Quality Control competency, including the ability to complete and update QC drawings, scope out upcoming jobs, and order required parts and materials.

The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, detail‑driven, and confident working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 1.5‑ton picker crew truck in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Transport personnel, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
Scope out jobs, gather field measurements, identify required materials, and communicate needs to the office
Order necessary parts and supplies based on job requirements
Complete, update, and interpret QC drawings (markups, measurements, field changes)
Perform QC tasks including visual inspections, documentation, and reporting
Verify materials, tools, and equipment meet QC requirements before use
Assist field crews with setup, tear‑down, and general operations
Maintain accurate daily logs, inspection forms, and digital reports
Keep the truck and work areas clean, organized, and safe

QC Skill Requirements
Ability to produce and update QC drawings (hand‑drawn or digital)
Strong understanding of QC processes, checklists, and documentation
Ability to identify non‑conforming materials or equipment
High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Clean driver’s abstract
Experience operating picker trucks or similar field equipment
QC experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial environments
Ability to scope jobs and determine material requirements
Strong safety mindset and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and long shifts
