OUTDOOR $300 ( includes one grain feeding per day )

Grain and supplements must be provided by horse owner.

HYBRID $400 ( the option of bringing the horse into a stall during bad weather, extreme heat, or overnight )

Horse must be well behaved and handled.

Trail Rider preferred.

Owner of the 2 mares lives on property and plenty of pasture to welcome a boarder.

Large outdoor shelter and mature trees for shade.

Second cut Timothy/Alfalfa hay fed inside & outside.
Straw for bedding.

No Indoor Arena but fenced grass Arena & Round Pen to work with your horse and beautiful trails for trail riding.

Proof of UTD vaccines and Horse Insurance.

THERE IS THE OPTION OF RENTING A ROOM FOR ONE PERSON ONLY ON THE PROPERTY FOR THE EXTRA COST $800 a month.
