I’m a bit new to this but hard to find a tenant old fashioned these days

I have a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom basement suite available right away for $1200 per month and same for deposit.

It is currently completely furnished but can arrange unfinished if preferred. I recently had to relocate to Ontario for family as my father is in his final stages and I want yo be there for him.

The rental is located in the callingwood area in the west end of Edmonton

Because of of situation and not being at the house. Alternative viewing arrange would have to be made.
