This ladder extends to 12 feet it is in very good condition it's really old I've had it for a long time since the 80s some people say that the adjustment knobs are broken but that's the way they came when I bought it brand new so nothing is broken. It works great I'm asking $125 or best offer for this ladder. I have some other ladders for sale , I have a lot of things for sale.
