We are a well‑established boutique construction/renovation firm with 30 years in the Toronto/GTA market, specializing in high‑quality wood fences (large subdivision projects and residential), decks, patios, and related carpentry services.
This role is not for junior candidates, handymen, or people “trying out” sales.
We are seeking seasoned, professional closers who already understand how to find and serve demanding residential and small‑builder clients.
1. WHO SHOULD APPLY
Only apply if you can strongly answer “YES” to all of the following:
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven success in sales of services or high‑value products (construction/renovation, real estate, building materials, or similar client‑facing roles).
• Mature, professional profile able to communicate calmly, clearly, and respectfully with established homeowners and developers (no aggressive or “hard‑sell” tactics).
• Deep familiarity with Toronto/GTA neighbourhoods and local clients – you understand how local homeowners think, buy, and what they expect in terms of quality and reliability.
• Native‑level English, with excellent phone and in‑person presentation skills.
• You already know how to generate your own leads (network, door‑to‑door, referrals, former clients, real‑estate contacts, etc.) and don't need “basic sales training” or hand‑holding.
• Own reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer.
STRONG ASSET:
• Background as a real estate agent or broker (active or former license) or similar role dealing daily with homeowners, small builders, or developers.
IMPORTANT:
This position is not suitable for newcomers seeking their first experience in Canada, handymen looking to “learn sales,” or failed subcontractors hoping to rebuild from scratch.
We are looking for self‑directed professionals who can protect and enhance our firm's reputation with discerning local clients.
2. WHAT WE OFFER
