Now Hiring: Youth Support Worker (Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual)

We are currently seeking 2–3 dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Youth Support Workers. This role involves working closely with youth in a structured, supportive home environment, helping them build life skills, confidence, and stability.

Position Details:

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual positions available
6-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour shifts available (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends)
Wage: $16–$18 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Scheduling: Shifts will be built around the days and times you are available to ensure consistent support for youth

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision, care, and support to youth
Build positive, trusting relationships
Support daily routines, life skills, and personal development
Prepare and cook meals, and assist with household chores and responsibilities
Respond to behaviours in a professional and supportive manner
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Work collaboratively with team members and external supports

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience working with youth is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Access to a reliable vehicle is an asset, but not mandatory
Valid Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check, or willingness to obtain
