Lynx Ridge Golf Club is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and client-focused Wedding & Event Manager to join our team immediately. This is an exciting, year-round opportunity to play a key role in delivery exceptional events at one of Calgary's busiest and premier golf and event venues.

Compensation
• $4000/month salary

Position Overview

The Wedding & Event Manager will be responsible for selling, overseeing and executing all events at Lynx Ridge Golf Club, including weddings, banquets, and the food and beverage components of golf tournament.

This role works closely with the Director of Sales and Food & Beverage Team to ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution of every event.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on all event and wedding leads (both personal and Director of Sales generated)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all events hosted by Lynx Ridge Golf Club
• Oversee all food & beverage and banquet operations for events and tournaments
• Schedule and manage banquet staff for all functions
• Actively source out and market for new business. Respond promptly to inquiries and during the planning process with clients.
• Act as the on-site lead for all events, ensuring a high standard of service and guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
