About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to support daily front‑desk operations, data entry, and general communication tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to represent the company with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle general communication including emails and inquiries
Manage appointment scheduling and office coordination
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
1 year of MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
Must have a reliable car for commuting
Must be available for morning and afternoon shifts
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
