Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle office tasks efficiently
Work Eligibility:
Must have a valid Work Permit
Location- Vaughan
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations
Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, and records using QuickBooks
Answer calls and coordinate with clients
Maintain files and administrative documents
