Blooming Bee Gardening Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Head Gardener to lead our growing team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about horticulture, takes pride in high-quality work, and is confident managing both gardens and client relationships.

About the Role
The Head Gardener will oversee garden maintenance and installations, manage job sites, and ensure our work meets Blooming Bee's standards for detail, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute garden maintenance and planting projects
- Identify, care for, and maintain plants suited to Zone 3/4 climates
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Organize daily tasks, materials, and crew (if applicable)
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements

- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of Zone 3/4 plants and growing conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
-Be able to work in Canada
-Be able to pass a background check

Assets (Not Required, but Valued)

- Formal horticulture education or certification
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience
-Pesticide Applicator certificate
-Native flower knowledge
-Hardscaping experience
