help! lost phone at Canso causeway

HELP! I am from Halifax and I am transported to PH every weekend for visitation with my son. Today I lost my black Samsung phone at the causeway beach front while we were throwing rocks on the ice and ot must have fell from my pocket. I do not have a car and hoping someone could drive me down and back (could compensate for gas) or if or if it is found (reward offered)
