A bonded pair of friendly budgies must go to a home that will let them freely explore during the day. They are accustomed to bring let out early in the morning, but the good thing is around dusk to evening they return to the inside of the cage all on their own as it's where they are used to bedding down for the evening. They are used to interacting with people and are tame. If you would like to give them a safe loving home please give them lots of fresh veggies and fruit as a dry seed diet just is not enough comes with cage toys and feeding dishes.
