Full Time Painter- Summer Position

Are you looking for a fun, high paying and rewarding summer job?

We are hiring painters and crew managers for the spring and summer of 2026. Both positions are full time, and commonly lead to growth within the company. This is my crew and I want the best possible culture on my job site. There will be company trips and other fun activities to keep us all pumped on the work we're doing, and to keep morale high. I look at getting this crew assembled the same way a coach puts together a team. I want the absolute best quality people I can find to all work together towards a common goal.

No previous painting knowledge is required, only a great attitude and a desire to get better any opportunity you can. Prior athletic experience / experience being on a team is also a plus although of course not required. What is best for the team is also best for you, and so you must be able to be a good team player.

Painter: For this position, we look for the individual with great attention to detail, coach-ability,
and work ethic. This is a great opportunity to not only be paid based on your performance but

Crew manager: As well as painting this position involves managing a crew of 2-3 other people while I am not present at the jobsite. This means being able to command respect and paying attention to not only your own work but also the work of the other team members. If you would like to be considered for this position let me know, and you will be interviewed slightly differently.

Qualifications:
-Although having your own vehicle isn't necessary, having access to one is a benefit as reliable
transportation to and from job sites is a requirement
-Able to work a majority of the summer from April-August
-Physical ability to move ladders and other equipment around during the summer
-Attention to detail and finishing projects to the highest quality
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Compensation:
- Potential to make up to $30/hour depending on efficiency and quality of work
- Make $11,000 - $18,000 over the summer
