Job Description:
Hiring General Labourers and Skilled Labourers for residential and commercial projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with general construction and site preparation
-Perform interior demolition, cleanup, and material handling
-Support skilled trades as needed
-Operate basic tools and equipment safely
-Maintain a clean and organized job site
-Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

For Skilled Labourers:
-Perform more advanced tasks (framing, drywall, finishing, basic carpentry, etc.)
-Work independently with minimal supervision
-Ensure quality workmanship on assigned tasks

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of construction experience
-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
