Travel Graphic Designer (Full Time, Victoria, BC)
Description
Victoria’s www.seasmokepr.com is looking for a full-time Travel Graphic Designer to join our creative, fast-paced, and innovative team, promoting exotic Caribbean resorts to the world. This is an in-office position (no work from home) as the visual nature of our work requires close collaboration, real-time feedback, and hands-on teamwork.
After 12 months with us, you’ll travel fully paid to breathtaking destinations like the Cayman Islands, Belize, Costa Rica, the Turks & Caicos, and more as we expand our Caribbean footprint. New destinations we are focussing include the Bahamas, St. Lucia, the Grenadines and Aruba. As part of the full time position, you can and bring a friend or spouse on all paid trips. Flights, accommodations, and meals are included for the employee as part of your advanced training.
The primary focus of this position is graphic design. Daily tasks include managing Caribbean photoshoots, photo editing, creating destination graphics, motion graphics, digital design work including homepage graphics, landing page graphics, email marketing, content blogging, and more. We live and breathe the Caribbean daily.
The secondary focus involves support in social media. This includes preparing visuals for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, organizing content, and helping with basic scheduling and performance tracking.
The office vibe at Seasmoke is energetic and social. From competitive office Mario Kart races to rooftop BBQs, it’s a lively workplace that blends productivity with fun and travel.

Skills and Experience
Graphic Design:
- Graphic design diploma or degree from an accredited institution
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent photo editing, image optimization, and layout skills
- Strong typography and modern design sense
- Experience with website graphics, promotional materials, landing pages, brochures, and print collateral
- Ability to manage photoshoots and work with photographers
Social Media:
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ability to prepare and size images for social media posts
- Comfortable organizing content and supporting scheduling tools (training provided)
General:
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Highly organized and able to work collaboratively in an office environment
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
