Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Document customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Multilingual abilities (optional)
